Required Documents

Ensure all documents are prepared and valid before applying

Passport

Must be valid for at least 18 months, include bio-data page, all visa pages, and observation page (if any).

Photograph

Recent color photo, 35mm x 45mm, with a white background (check using EMGS Photo Checker).

Offer Letter

Official Letter of Acceptance from a Malaysian university or college recognized by EMGS.

Academic Certificates

Certified copies of all previous academic records and transcripts.

Health Declaration Form

Must be filled, signed, and uploaded with your visa application.

English Proficiency

Valid test score (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, MUET, OET, or Cambridge).

Yellow Fever Certificate

Required if you are from a yellow-fever-risk country.

Special Documents

NOC (Sudan), LOE (Iran), or others as notified by Immigration Malaysia (if applicable).

Personal Bond

Paid by your institution to Immigration Malaysia; refundable after course completion.

Personal bond is depending on levels and Category with the students bond

New students must complete personal bond with their institute and apply

English Requirement Rules

IELTS/TOEFL is mandatory during long of 12 months

IELTS scorecard 1.0/TOEFL scorecard for approach details and application

accepted by IELTS, PTE Academic, CAE, CPE, MUET, as Language SCORE
