Entry Requirement of Bachelor of Technology Management ( Constructions ) with Honours in UTHM Malaysia Malaysia

              This programme consists of 124 credits to be completed within the total of eight (8) semesters. The programme focusses on fundamental management, technology management, construction technology, and construction project management. All courses are assessed through assignments, quizzes, tests,
laboratory works, presentation, projects, and final examinations.

  • Duration : Full time – Four (4) years. Intakes in September.

                      Construction management graduates have career opportunities in the construction industry either locally or internationally. Construction managers are involved with the development and construction of a huge range of projects in the built and natural environment. Upon their graduation, these graduates have good potential to become an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Construction Manager, Site Engineer, Project Coordinator, Site Agent, Site Supervisor, Clerk Site, Project and Planning Executive Officer Material procurement. Construction managers liaise with clients to plan, manage, design and supervise the
construction projects. They work in a number of different settings and, with experience. Graduates, who are interested in research, can work as a researcher assistant in any research institution in the field of Construction Project Management. In addition, graduates are eligible to continue their studies at postgraduate level in any university either in or out of Malaysia, provided they have excellent academic results.
