INTI International University & Colleges are private university colleges located in Malaysia. The main campus was initially known as INTI University College until 31 May 2010 when the Higher Education Ministry announced its upgrade to university status. It is owned by INTI Education Group which has formalised its partnership with Laureate International Universities in 2008.
INTI International University & Colleges was founded in 1996 is ranked among the top 30 colleges in the country and the top 5000 universities in the world. It believes in delivering the best out of their students, which is portrayed by their name INTI, which means 'Essence' or to develop the most intrinsic part of a person. The college also has its values and teaching methods based on that like being student-centric, trustworthy, accountable, respectful and spirited.
INTI International University & College is recognised for having the most number of accredited programmes and having maximum international intake by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education. It has six campuses, the oldest and the flagship campus being INTI International University Nilai, which offers 60 diverse programmes in varying degrees like Diploma, Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Philosophy. INTI International College Kuala Lumpur offers 12 programmes in subjects like Business and Finance with Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Certification and Master’s Degree.
INTI International College, Subang offers 48 programmes in varied fields from Design to Psychology and offers Certification, Diploma, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. INTI International College Penang offers 37 courses in Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher School Certification, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, and INTI College Sabah offers 9 programmes Diploma, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree.

Accommodation For INTI International University & Colleges
There are two kinds of accommodationsin INTI International University and Colleges (the on-campus accommodation and the 0ff-campus accommodation).
On-campus accommodation (Halls of Residence)
It is located within the campus, the Halls of Residence offers rooms with single occupancy or twin sharing sizes for your personal preference and comfort. The INTI Halls of Residence Board is responsible for the welfare and the interest of the students. The Board also organizes activities such as forums, street parties, festival decorations, and many other enriching events.
You will be able to enjoy the following facilities:
- Common bathrooms & toilets on each floor of the halls.
- Each hall of residence is assigned with one security guard at all times.
- All rooms are furnished with study tables, chairs, beds, mattresses, soft boards, wardrobes, and a ceiling fan.
- All Halls of Residence are equipped with a 24-hour free internet facility.
- There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in every hall of residence.
- There are a lot of available facilities at the Student Centre such as mini-market, INTI book center, cafeteria, bakery, hair salon, ATM machines, and indoor sports halls.
There are 16 Halls of Residence. A great thing about these residences are, they are named after great men who have contributed to the development and advancement of mankind. The residences that are named as Aristotle, Darwin, Einstein, Fleming, Newton, Pasteur, Rahmanputra and Shakespeare offer twin sharing rooms and can accommodate 2240 students.The residences that are named after Gandhi, Heisenberg, Jenner, Keynes, Lincoln and Mendel are single occupancy halls and have a total of 1100 rooms.Beethoven Halls Of Residence and Shakespeare En-Suite consist of single or twin sharing air-conditioned luxury type rooms.

There are several Off-campus accommodation facilities available to the students of INTI International University and Colleges, here are some of these facilities:
My place apartment
Accommodation is available at 'MY PLACE' apartments, which are located a mere 40 meters away from the College. The 5-storey apartment blocks stand amidst a beautifully landscaped garden. Facilities include 24-hour security and a swimming pool.
The purple house 1
The Purple House 1 is a premium, low-density student hostel strategically located in the heart of SS 15, Subang Jaya. There are11 Twin Rooms and 10 Single Rooms available on half-yearly rentals. The Purple House meets BOMBA safety & quality standards and fully licensed by the MajlisPerbandaranSubang Jaya (MPSJ).

The Purple House 2 is offering low-density, luxury accommodation to both international & local students. The Purple House 2 has upgraded facilities and features including larger common areas such as the lounge area, study room and casual dining areas.
Subang Avenue
INTI Residence @ Subang Avenue is conveniently located within walking distance from the campus with free shuttle service provided to and from college. Situated beside Carrefour Subang Jaya and Subang Parade, it provides easy access to public amenities such as commuter trains, buses, taxis, eateries, and shopping complexes.
Process of Booking Accommodation
1. Receipt of acceptance letter
2. Visa processing
3. Dispatch of accommodation application form upon intimation via email
4. Submission of accommodation application form, duly filled up along with flight ticket and deposit fee
5. Processing of Accommodation as per specifications
NOTE – Accommodation will be processed only for those students who are in possession on a valid visa and a duly filled in admission application form.
