4.Student Visa application	CityU will submit student visa application on your behalf via EMGS (Education Malaysia Global services). Process to obtain Visa Approval Letter – 4-6 weeks
5.Pre-arrival arrangement	Once you receive VAL (Visa Approval Letter) you are required to : Obtain Single Entry Visa from the nearest Embassy of Malaysia Purchase your flight ticket -Make 1styear tuition fee payment Request hostel Inform university about your arrival date min 7 days in advance
6.Post-arrival arrangement	All international students who stay in CityU hostel will receive FREE airport pick up. Students will meet CityU representative in the airport who will assist students with immigration clearance.
