Brief introduction
This is a multi-disciplinary programme which is integrates Engineering, Technology, Design, ICT Application and Management Skills. The programme is suitable for engineers as well as architects and surveyors who are involved in planning, designing, tendering, construction, management and rehabilitation of buildings. The programme is offered by Coursework and Research mode.

Program Outcome
At the end of this programme, students will be able to manage and maintain buildings and facilities using methods and tools taught in the programme, solve problems related to building maintenance and management, evaluate building performance in terms of energy, indoor air quality etc, and develop leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and awareness through working in groups, involvement in discussions, site visits and presentation.
