The Diploma in Quantity Surveying, prepares learners to adopt a range of skills that are essential for the many industries in which a Quantity Surveyor is needed. Its primary objectives are to develop distinctive expertise in measurement, costing, construction technology, construction economics, and the legal knowledge that falls under the jurisprudence of this profession. Students will study about the existing matters and the future directions in construction and the property industry. Students will be trained to have an affluent level of skills which are necessary to step into the work-force as this programme equips them with the fundamental knowledge and skills in quantity surveying practices.
Students who complete this Diploma programmes will create an effective pathway for themselves to move towards achieving their Bachelor of Quantity Surveying which will enable them to be registered as Quantity Surveyors.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) Approach
Our Diploma in Quantity Surveying will expose students to a selected number of modules that are related to the construction industry thus presenting the benefits of BIM process’ hands-on exposure.
