ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Passed SPM/equivalent, with Credit in Malay, English, Mathematics, one Science subject (Biology / Physics / Chemistry / General Science / Applied Science), and one (1) other subject;
OR
GCE O-Level or equivalent, with Grade C in English, Mathematics, one (1) Science subject (Biology / Physics / Chemistry / General Science / Applied Science), and two (2) other subjects;
OR
Passed Certificate (MQF Level 3) related to Health Sciences, with 2.75 CGPA;
OR
Polytechnic Certificate (MQF Level 3) in related fields, with 2.00 CGPA; OR Passed Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in related fields, and passed SPM with one (1) Credit;
OR
Passed MARA Skills Institute Certificate (MQF Level 3) in related fields, with 2.00 CGPA;
OR
Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in three (3) subjects;
OR
Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
