This MBA develops a working knowledge of key concepts on marketing, consumer behavior, customer relationship marketing and an awareness of diverse marketing contexts. You will be able to apply key concepts in conducting rigorous market environmental analysis, segmentation, targeting and positioning of a product/service offering and the preparation of viable marketing plans for domestic and international markets. You will be required to produce a project paper on current issues on marketing. The programme enhances further understanding of advanced level theories and empirical evidence concerning marketing management. You will learn skills to communicate in a managerial role including presentation of analysis, justification of recommended actions and messages intended to affect the perception of others. This programme is accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency.
