Take for instance the buildings we see around us, or even the house we live in. We never knew the process of how it was made. This is where quantity surveyors play a role. They are engaged to control the finances and the contractual administration of construction projects.

Entry Requirement
Entry Requirement of Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) in Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
STPM
Passed Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with full pass or minimum Grade C (2.00) in 3 subjects
A-Level
Passed A-Level with a minimum Grade D in 3 subjects with and including mathematics / applied mathematics subject
UEC
Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum for 5Bs (including Mathematics)
Diploma/ HND
Minimum CGPA of 2.67 or
Minimum CGPA of 2.50 and 1 year of working experience in a relevant field; or
Minimum CGPA of 2.30 and 2 years of working experience in a relevant field; or
Minimum CGPA of 2.00 and 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
Foundation/Matriculation
Achieve minimum CGPA 2.50Matriculation Certificate or equivalent and recognized by Ministry of Education, Malaysia
