Brief introduction | |
The Master of Quantity Surveying & International Procurement (MQSIP) is a taught programme offered by the Department of Quantity Surveying. In order to qualify for the degree of MQSIP, a candidate has to accumulate not less than 40 credit hours during the formal period of being a registered student, with a dissertation of 10 Cr. Hrs. The programme is offered by Coursework and Research mode. | |

At the end of this programme, students will enable to cater for the higher level of demands in terms of advanced knowledge and skills in the field of quantity surveying, to equip professional quantity surveyors with knowledge on current issues in contract law, construction, project and business management within a national and increasingly global context, to provide highly relevant courses that are industry-led, with an emphasis on case study material using a combination of lectures, seminars and workshops, to deliver a programme in a way that suits the demands of the modern QS professional and to ensure academic rigor through a range of formal assessments including written examinations, work-based assignments and independent research-based dissertation, for those pursuing the Masters level |
