Passed STPM with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; 

and

Obtained at least Grade B at STPM level in the following subjects:  

• Mathematics (T)/ Mathematics (M)/Physics/Ekonomi/

Accounting; and 

• One (1) other subject

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.   

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), deaf (deaf and / or dumb) and physically incapacitated which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities.

Science and Literature Streams

Passed Matriculation / Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; 

and

Obtained at least Grade B at the Matriculation / Foundation level in the following subjects:  

• Mathematics/Physics/

  Engineering Physics/

• Accounting; and 
• One (1) other subject

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.  

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), deaf (deaf and / or dumb) and physically incapacitated which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities.

Science and Literature Streams

 CONDITIONS 1

 Possess a Diploma from a Public University (UA) / Polytechnic of the Department of Higher Education Malaysia in the field of Building Surveying or related to Built Environment / Engineering / Geomatics recognized by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the University Senate with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; 

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.    

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), hearing impaired (deaf and / or dumb) and physically disabled which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities

OR

CONDITION 2

Passed STPM is not the current year with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and obtained at least Grade B in the following subjects:    

• Mathematics (T) / Mathematics (M) / Physics / Economics / Accounting; and
• One (1) other subject

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.    

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), hearing impaired (deaf and / or dumb) and physically disabled which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities

OR

CONDITION 3

Passed Matriculation / Foundation not the current year with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and obtained at least Grade B in the following subjects:    

• Mathematics/Physics/

  Engineering Physics/

  Accounting; and 

• One (1) other subject;

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.    

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), deaf (deaf and / or dumb) and physically incapacitated which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities.

CONDITIONS 1

Have a recognized A-Level GCE qualification by obtaining at least Grade B at A-Level level in the following subjects:    

• Mathematics/Physics/

  Accounting/Economics;dan

• One (1) other subject

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.    

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

or

Obtained at least Band 4 (Academic ) in IELTS     

or

Earned at least 437-473 points (PBT) / 123-150 points (CBT) / 41-52 points (IBT) in TOEFL   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), hearing impaired (deaf and / or dumb) and physically disabled which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities

OR

CONDITION 2

Possess an Australian Matriculation Program (AUSMAT) qualification with a minimum Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of 80 per cent and a score of 16 points (High Achievement) in Mathematics / Physics / Economics / Accounting & Finance ;     

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.    

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

or

Obtained at least Band 4 (Academic ) in IELTS    

or

Earned at least 437-473 points (PBT) / 123-150 points (CBT) / 41-52 points (IBT) in TOEFL   

and

No vision problems (second blind-

double-eyed and color-blind), hearing impaired (deaf and / or dumb) and physically disabled which can prevent candidates from undergoing teaching and learning activities

OR

CONDITION 3

Have a recognized International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma qualification with at least a score of 30 points with Grade 4 (Standard Level) from the subject Mathematics / Physics /      

Economics  and one (1) other subject.

and

Obtained at least Grade B at SPM level in four (4) subjects including Mathematics.    

and

Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in MUET   

or

Obtained at least Band 4 (Academic ) in IELTS     

or

Earned at least 437-473 points (PBT) / 123-150 points (CBT) / 41-52 points (IBT) in TOEFL
