In Management you’ll focus on challenges facing managers, such as the relationship between people and organisations, performance, change, innovation and technology. In Human Resource Management you’ll cover topics such as staff selection, promotion, learning and development, and remuneration. You’ll discover how to engage a highly committed and capable workforce to operate in the global business world.
During your first year of the Bachelor of Commerce you’ll complete common core units which will provide an introduction to the various aspects of business. You do not need to make a final decision on a single or combined major until your second semester.
