Overview of Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) in Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

UniKL RCMP Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences offers a pharmaceutical education in Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) that is progressive, contemporary, forward looking and comparable to the pharmaceutical programmes offered in the advance countries. The duration of the programme will be four (4) years.

This undergraduate programme is set up in accordance with the requirement and standards set by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia, the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA), as well as reviewing the guidelines from various part of the world including the international policy and guidelines (WHO Guidelines) of Good Pharmacy Education and Practice.

Entry Requirement of Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) in Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Local Student

STPM
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (B in Chemistry) and at least Grade C in Bahasa Melayu & English at SPM OR

A LEVEL
3B / 2A 1C / 1A 1B 1C in Biology AND Chemistry AND Physics or Mathematics (B in Chemistry) and at least Grade C in Bahasa Melayu & English at SPM level  OR

MATRICULATION/FOUNDATION IN SCIENCE/PRE-SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (B in Chemistry) and at least Grade C in Bahasa Melayu & English AND minimum Grade B in 5 subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and one other subject at SPM

DIPLOMA IN SCIENCE & DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY
Minimum CGPA of 3.75 for Diploma in Science (B in Chemistry) and minimum CGPA of 3.50 for Diploma in Pharmacy at least Grade C in Bahasa Melayu & English AND minimum Grade B in 5 subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and one other subject at SPM

Applicant is required to achieve band 3 of MUET.

International Students

Student must complete 12 years of schooling and obtain general pass in their High School Certificate, A-levels or equivalent with min Grade B (85%) in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics.
IELTS 6.0 or its equivalent
