Graduates in real estate management program have a huge opportunity in real estate industry from public and private sectors such as Department of Valuation and Property Services (JPPH), National Valuation Institute (INSPEN) and Local Authority, as well as private firms at local and international level. Graduates are able to explore property valuation, property management, real estate agency, property development, and property consultancy services. As in real estate research,, the government through the National Property Information Centre (NAPIC) has provided several opportunities. Market analysis and feasibility studies are mostly conducted by private firms and property development companies. In addition, graduates also encouraged to be involved in entrepreneurship and to create other job opportunities in real estate. Last but not least, academic careers to those interested by pursuing their postgraduate studies at UTHM or any other universities, local and overseas in related area.
