Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science with Health Sciences (Hons) is a unique career-oriented degree programme offered by KPJ Healthcare University College, Nilai. The programme is fully accredited by MQA and KPT. Students of this programme acquire readily employable skills for pharmaceutical and healthcare industries through the integration of theoretical principles and practical training at the highly sophisticated pilot scale laboratory within the campus. Besides that, the industrial training, and research ensures to develop the skills for address the current and future challenges in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. With the two broader aspects namely, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Health Sciences, graduates have wider employment and higher education opportunities within Malaysia and overseas. Major areas of graduate employment include but not limited to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance, drug discover and formulation research, Novel drug development and dosage form design regulatory affairs, Clinical research organizations  Nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals, herbal industry, biotech industries, food and beverages industries, pharmaceutical and healthcare product marketing, product management, hospital planning and administration healthcare research. Entry Requirement of Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science with Health Sciences (Hons) in KPJ Healthcare University Malaysia

Malaysian Students:

• Pass STPM with 3 principals ‘B’ including Chemistry and two other science subjects or Mathematics; OR
• Pass A-Levels with grade BBC including grade B in Chemistry, one of the subjects – Biology, Physic or Mathematics and General Studies; OR
• Pass in matriculation with a minimum CGPA 2.70 and above including Chemistry subject; OR
• Pass foundation in Science with grade B in two (2) subjects including Chemistry and at least CGPA 2.75 and above; OR
• Pass Diploma in Pharmacy or in related field from a recognized institution with at least CGPA of 2.50; OR
• Pass Diploma in Science or in related field from a recognized institution with at least CGPA of 2.75; OR
• Pass Bachelor Degree in Science with at least CGPA 2.50 and above; OR
• Other equivalent Academic Qualification; AND
• Candidates should have MUET Band 3, TOEFL 570, IELTS Band 5.5 or a pass in English Aptitude Test conducted by KPJUC on approval by Senate

International Students

• International Qualifications will be assessed and referred by MQA for approval on case to case basis.
• English Requirements: MUET – Band 3; TOEFL 570; IELTS Band 5.5, or a pass in English Aptitude Test conducted by school of Behavioral sciences, KPJUC on approval by Senate.
