Overview of Foundation in Visual Arts in Management and Science University Malaysia

Through the Foundation in Visual Arts programme, you will be introduced to an array of skills in drawing, photography and computer graphic applications. These will give you a solid foundation in the basic techniques and principles of visual arts. The interactive and collaborative teaching and learning techniques at Management and Science University will enable you to apply the theoretical and practical skills to your further studies. Students who successfully complete the foundation programme may progress to bachelor level studies in graphic design and other relevant fields in MSU.

First Semester

• Basic Drawing
• 2D Animation
• Introduction to Photography

Second Semester

• Computerised Graphics
• Creative Thinking in Art and Design
• 3D Animation

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

You need at least FIVE (5) Credits at SPM/SPMV level OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate.
